Please be sure to read these policies before purchasing tickets to any Luminary Productions event. Purchasing tickets to any Luminary Productions event implies acceptance and consent to these policies and forms a contract between Luminary Productions, LLC and the purchaser. Adherence to these policies is required without exception and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of entry to the event at the discretion of the event staff.
Admission When purchasing tickets for Luminary events, we require the name of all attendees to be provided at the point of sale. Once a sale is processed and complete, it becomes final and non-transferable. Please be sure the correct and complete name for each admission is added at the time of purchase. (Please Note: A state or federally issued government photo ID must be presented at registration in order for an admission pass to be issued. Minor attendees must note their name and the parent or guardian who will be present at registration with a photo ID.)
Resale of Admission Resale of tickets purchased for any Luminary Productions event, under any circumstances, is strictly prohibited. All sales are final and tickets are non-transferable.
Multi-Day Events Full weekend or specific day passes are required to attend any portion of a multi-day event. For example: (1) If you wish to attend a portion of a multi-day event taking place on a Saturday, a minimum of a Saturday day pass (or any full weekend admission) would be required to attend. (2) A Sunday day pass would not be sufficient for entry into an event that takes place on a Saturday. A Saturday day pass or weekend admission would be required.
Seating Assignments Seats are assigned based on the time of purchase. Best available seats will go to the first purchasers in each ticket level. For example, the first Chief level admission ticket purchaser will be front row, center stage. You will receive an email with your seat assignment and badge number before the convention.
Right to Deny Entry Admission to any Luminary event is granted at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to deny entry to any patron for any reason, without obligation to refund any monies paid.
Attendee Badges In order to ensure quality and fairness, Attendee badges must be worn at all times during Luminary events. Any persons found at event sessions without proper badges will be escorted from the venue.
All purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend an event will result in forfeiture of ticket and any monies paid without exception. Please make sure that you are able to attend before purchasing.
Announced events and guests are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice. Every effort will be made to announce any changes via our social properties, but sometimes last-minute changes will occur. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges of weekend or daily admission tickets will be given as a result a cancelled appearance by any advertised celebrity Guest. Prior to advertisement, Guests are confirmed by contract, however they are subject to work and filming schedules that may cause a conflict with their appearance. Although this rarely happens, it is beyond our control.
Please Note: Should a Guest cancellation occur, any Guest specific tickets (such as photo op or autograph tickets for that specific Guest) will be fully refunded within 14 business days of cancellation or transferred for another guest’s photo op or autograph at attendees request.
In the unlikely event that a convention is cancelled for any reason, full refunds will be issued, upon request, within 14 business days of cancellation announcement. Attendees will also have the option for credit for a future Luminary event.
Photography / Video When you attend a Luminary Productions, LLC (LP) event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by LP and its affiliates and representatives. You release LP, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by LP or the person or entity designated to do so by LP.
By purchasing an admission ticket and entering an LP event, you acknowledge consent, waiver of liability, and release.
Personal photography such as cell phone and personal use cameras is permitted during Q&A sessions and in the common areas only. The use of live-streaming apps and software on any electronic device (smart phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) is not allowed in any Luminary event.
Attendees are prevented from taking, recording, or creating film, or digital pictures, videos, tapes, sound recordings, or any other visual or auditory recreation of any kind whatsoever, of any Luminary guest, member, volunteer, or employee, or of any Luminary event, for any commercial use, or for the solicitation of funds for any commercial or other purpose, without the express written permission of Luminary Productions.
Please Note: Celebrity Guests participating in professional photo sessions are contractually prohibited from posing for personal photos outside of these sessions.
Solicitation Solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited at LP events without prior written consent. Any person(s) found to be soliciting without prior consent are subject to forfeiture of any fees paid ejection from the event.
Liability Attendees of Luminary events attend at their own risk. Luminary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for injuries sustained during the course of any events.
Code of Conduct
Attendees must respect common sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassment or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Luminary reserves the right to revoke, without refund, admission of any attendee not in compliance with this policy.
Persons finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who become aware of an attendee not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate the nearest member of security, or staff member, so that the matter can be handled in an expeditious manner.
No Pets Allowed Unfortunately, Luminary does not allow pets of any kind into our event with the exception of service animals.
No Smoking Smoking of any kind including the use of traditional cigarettes, pipes, cigars, plus E-cigarettes and any vaping product or device is strictly prohibited at any Luminary event. You are welcome to step outside to smoke in designated smoking areas only, but please be considerate of others when you do. This policy is in place not only for the comfort of attendees but also to comply with ordinances prohibiting smoking at public events within 20 feet of any doorway, entrance, exit or operable window. Please comply with this policy; noncompliance may result in being ejected from the convention.
